For households
A steady adult for your household, agreed in writing.
Steady Allies matches your home with an Anchor: a caring adult who visits, shares skills, and becomes a steady presence for your kids. Not dating, not hired help, not childcare.
Three simple steps.

Get matched and meet in public
We suggest Anchors by schedule, skills and personality. You meet in public before any home visit, and nothing moves forward unless both say yes.
Start with a short trial
Visits only, with you home for every visit. Either side can end it kindly at any time.
What you get, and what we ask.
- A steady, respectful adult in your kids' lives
- Mentorship and skills passed on, from sports to fixing things
- Help with tasks you agree on around the house
- A written agreement built around your house rules
- Be present for every visit during the pilot
- Share your house rules and a home disclosure sheet before the children meet the Anchor
- Treat your Anchor as a partner, not staff
- $14.99 a month only while in a trial or match, plus a $49 one-time match fee. First 3 months after launch free. Planned starting points. Final pricing confirmed before launch.
